Child Protective Services had reputation for being the people "who take your kids away," even though 96% of their calls resulted in getting parents support services (not removal). They wanted to re-brand their public perception, and change the conversation with their front-line advocates so these people could could reach out to families and get them help without fear.

My creative partner, Taylor Ray, was invaluable in drilling down to the heart of this project.
